With over 37 years of executive leadership, infrastructure management, and public-private partnership experience, Al Roshdieh brings clients high-level, strategic advisory and cross-sector advocacy services to ensure project success from start to finish.

Drawing from more than three decades of executive leadership in infrastructure, transportation, and sustainability, Mr. Roshdieh’s deep insight and extensive network support both private and public sector clients in navigating Local, State, and Federal frameworks and policies while building enduring partnerships.

Mr. Roshdieh most recently served as Director of General Services at WSSC Water, one of the largest water and wastewater utilities in the United States, leading major facility planning and construction, sustainability initiatives, and fleet operations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Previously, Mr. Roshdieh served as Director of the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, where he championed smart growth, Bus Rapid Transit, pedestrian safety, and innovative mobility programs at the helm of one of the most critical Transportation hubs in the United States.

A strong advocate for public-private partnerships, Mr. Roshdieh has delivered transformative civic and mixed-use development projects across the National Capital Region, including major libraries, public safety facilities, and the Wheaton Revitalization Project. Earlier in his career, he held a senior leadership role in the private sector and is a named inventor on several U.S. patents. Mr. Roshdieh is an engineering graduate from the University of Maryland and has been a proud resident of Montgomery County of almost 50 years.
